Job Summary
As the Office Administrator at Generator Supercenter of Orange County, you are integral to the elevated customer experience; from greeting customers as they come into the store, fielding inbound and outbound calls, scheduling, and office organization.
You’ll be the primary point of contact for new and current customers and act as the “face” of Generator Supercenter! Your work will include but not be limited to the duties listed below:
- Support company operations by maintaining office systems and supervising staff.
- Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems and layouts.
- Review sales folders for accuracy.
- Design and implement office policies by establishing standards and procedures.
- Maintain staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office managerial roles, with at least 2 years experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to produce reports, assign tasks, accept instructions, and handle vendor contracts, among other tasks.
- Organization and the ability to multitask to complete a wide variety of tasks.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Flexibility to help them adjust to new tasks should the company or office need change.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with all employees.
- Leadership ability to manage challenges and oversee employees.
- Attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and correctly.
- Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Must practice regular and dependable attendance.
