What You’ll Do
- Maintaining bookkeeping ledger
- Processing Invoices for completed work.
- Communicating with previous clients and customers to request payment
- Collecting payments from customers and accurately recording them in the system
- Creating reports and balance sheets that document overall profits and losses
- Updating client accounts based on payment or contact information
- Working with cities to maintain yearly contracts
- Minimum 3 years of experience maintaining general ledgers
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- Must be detail oriented
- Strong organizational skills
- Work as a team player
- Willingness to learn with a great attitude
