Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement efficient manufacturing processes and systems.
- Partner with design engineering to improve DFM in fabrication and welding, ensuring seamless integration of new products.
- Implement robust OEE improvement activities, monitoring and analyzing data to identify areas for growth.
- Determine equipment capacities, optimizing production workflows to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
- Work closely with manufacturing personnel to ensure successful implementation of plans, fostering a culture of collaboration and open communication.
