- Site Assessment: Perform thorough site evaluations to identify the best location for the generator, considering factors like space availability, ventilation, noise, and proximity to electrical panels.
- Generator Installation: Assemble and install generators, including connecting fuel lines, and ensuring compliance with local building codes and safety standards.
- Work with Electricians: Collaborate with electricians to safely connect generators to the building’s electrical system, including transfer switches, distribution panels, and control wiring.
- Fuel System Setup: Configure the fuel supply system (propane or natural gas), ensuring lines are properly connected and installing any necessary fuel storage systems.
- Testing & Commissioning: Conduct load tests, voltage and frequency checks, and ensure the automatic transfer switch (ATS) functions correctly during power outages.
- Active Plumbing License: MUST have an active plumbing license in the state of Arkansas (Journeyman or Master).
- Technical Expertise & Code Compliance
- Valid Driver's License: Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Independent & Driven: Ability to work independently, taking ownership of each project from start to finish.
- Outstanding Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring satisfaction with every job. Pre-Employment Requirements: All candidates must pass a comprehensive background check, including a review of criminal and DMV history.
- $30-$38/hour up to a $10,000 sign on bonus (depending on experience)
