Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented residential & commercial Project Manager/Estimator to join our dynamic & collaborative team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the planning and execution of construction projects by providing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project specifications, and collaborating with various stakeholders. This position requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in construction management software, and a thorough understanding of the construction process.
Duties
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects by analyzing blueprints, specifications, and other relevant documents.
- Utilize construction management software such as BuilderTrend and Google Docs to create and manage estimates.
- Collaborate with the owner and engineers to ensure accurate project scheduling and resource allocation.
- Conduct site visits to assess project conditions and gather necessary data for estimating purposes.
- Maintain organized records of all estimates, revisions, and related documentation.
- Provide support during the bidding process by preparing bid packages and responding to inquiries from subcontractors.
- Monitor project budgets throughout the lifecycle of the project to ensure compliance with estimates.
- Apply knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices to enhance estimating accuracy.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Project Manager/Estimator in the construction industry is expected.
- Strong proficiency in construction management software.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task & prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with blueprint reading and interpretation is essential.
- Experience in project management methodologies and practices is a plus.
- Knowledge of construction site operations and safety standards is beneficial.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
