Our work depends on Cyber Transport Specialist Mid joining our team to conduct objective, technically proficient, and relevant vulnerability assessments of key infrastructure, to identify risks to defense critical missions.
HOW A CYBER TRANSPORT SPECIALIST MID WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Shall identify all aspects of communications-related (i.e., DoD data voice networks, transmission systems, Defense Information Systems Network (DISN), and other DoD and Commercial terrestrial and satellite communications systems and networks) vulnerabilities
- Deploys, sustains, troubleshoots and repairs standard voice, data and video network infrastructure systems, IP detection systems and cryptographic equipment
- Performs, coordinates, integrates and supervises network design, configuration, operation, defense, restoration, and improvements
- Analyzes capabilities and performance, identifies problems, and takes corrective action
- Fabricates, terminates, and interconnects wiring and associated network infrastructure devices. satellite communications systems and networks) vulnerabilities
- Work as part of a high-performing, multidisciplinary team that conducts vulnerability assessments of critical Department of Defense assets world-wide
- Increase the customer’s awareness of potential vulnerabilities and impacts of communications on mission execution capability
- Provide recommendations to mitigate or eliminate identified vulnerabilities
- Prepares assessment reports and develops recommendations to mitigate vulnerabilities

Salary and Benefit Information
The likely salary range for this position is $125,225 - $169,423. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
