What are the responsibilities and job description for the Financial Analyst (P54) position at General Dynamics Land Systems Customer Service & Support Company?

Position Description:

This position supports two departments within the US Operations Finance organization. Responsibilities under Program Finance in support of Mobile Protected Firepower, as well as supporting the Aftermarket programs for the Material Finance department.

- Conduct financial analysis including variance analysis and cost impacts

- Consolidate and report financial information for MPF

- Earned Value Management

- Support internal and external financial deliverables

- Development and maintenance of material EACs for Aftermarket/other contracts

- Weekly and monthly sales performance tracking and variance reporting

- Forecasting of monthly material sales including material dollars, progress payments, performance based payments and liquidations

- Coordinate with Supply Chain to identify business events impacting material sales and adjust forecasts/EACs accordingly

Position Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business is required. Accounting or Finance majors preferred

- Detail oriented, strong analytical skills

- Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently through organization and planning

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, with strong Excel analysis skills

- Knowledge of Oracle, Hyperion, Cobra preferred
