About the Role
General Dynamics is seeking an experienced Information Systems Security Officer to support our customer activities. As an ISSO, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our systems and programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide information assurance support to system(s) and program
- Demonstrate experience with coordinating and implementing cyber security policies, standards, and processes
- Maintain operational security posture for system(s) through customized Risk Management Framework (RMF)
- Evaluate security solutions to ensure security requirements are met for processing classified information
- Support programmatic and organizational project and risk management review boards
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline
- 8 years of related experience
- Strong knowledge of AWS infrastructure, Commercial cloud, and cloud security
- Understanding of NIST 800-53, NIST 800-37, RMF, ICD 503
- Strong written and oral communication skills
