The Red Lion Team is seeking a QA Specialist II on First (1st) shift.

Summary :

Follows policies, procedures, and methods to evaluate and improve the quality of products, materials, components and / or operations. Follows and / or develops, assures and maintains the quality of products and processes through standard procedures and systems (e.g., ISO 9001 : 2015, ISO 17025 & AS9100 standards), quality audits / review process, document control, corrective actions, etc. Responsibilities are within the Quality Assurance Methods Function as a generalist or in a combination of Disciplines.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties :

• Prepares and implements Quality Assurance policies, procedures & review cycles
• Maintains and updates internal audit programs and required audit schedules
• Participates in audits and creates audit reports
• Evaluates audit findings and aids in the implementation of appropriate corrective actions
• Maintains and improves Quality Management System and generate reports as needed
• Creates, updates & leads Quality training as needed
• May administer the material review boards & database
• May also lead or support various projects as assigned
