Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related Science or Mathematics field. Also requires 5 years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of job-related experience.
Clearance Requirements:
Ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

As the Advanced Test Engineer, you'll participate in the planning of technical approaches, resources, schedules, budgets and equipment required for the testing and evaluating of new systems, products and special devices. Utilizing your expert knowledge and understanding of test engineering concepts and principles, you'll prepare test and diagnostic programs, design test fixtures and equipment, and complete specifications and procedures throughout the engineering development lifecycle.

- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, a related specialized area or field is required (or equivalent experience) plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Proficient knowledge and experience with object-oriented programming, system processes and scripting languages
- Openly proposes ideas that enhance productivity and efficiency, solicits input, and optimizes solutions
- Very detailed orientated and has experience writing test procedures and test reports
- Some exposure to environmental testing (humidity, vibration, shock, etc testing); can provide test support for Mechanical team
- Self-starter that can lead debugging system level test issues
- Team player who thrives in collaborative environments and revels in team success, meeting and exceeding personal and team commitments
- Ability to grasp and apply new information quickly and handle increasing responsibilities with growing complexity
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
- Some FPGA (VHDL exposure)
- Some scripting exposure (Python, Java, etc)
- Read and notate assembly drawings for the addition of debug white wires or addition of white wire fixes
- Has experience interpreting data sheets, app notes, schematics, etc
- Has experience working with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, power/current meters
