Overview:
The ITM Operations Manager will oversee the entire ITM process, including the management of ITMs, supporting software, and servers. This role involves managing ITM-specific projects, creating comprehensive documentation, and potentially supervising a team of direct reports.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Manage the fleet of ITMs, ensuring optimal performance and uptime
- Oversee ITM-specific projects from initiation to completion
- Develop and maintain documentation for ITM processes and procedures
- Collaborate with the IT team to integrate ITM operations seamlessly
- Monitor and manage supporting software and servers
- Provide leadership and guidance to direct reports, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to ITM operations
- Manage vendor relationships, including those with FIS, FiServ, and NCR
- Respond to system outages, including after-hours as needed
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in ITM technology and implement best practices
- Understand the physical workings of ITMs, including reloading of the OS and troubleshooting failures
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Associate’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven experience in managing ITM operations and related technologies
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong documentation skills
- Experience in leading, developing, and managing a team
- Proficiency in ITM software and server management
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues
- Experience with FiServ DNA, NCR, and/or FIS is preferred
- Experience with ITM integration into broader IT operations is preferred
- Experience with Network Infrastructure Management is preferred
- Willingness to respond to after-hours system outages as needed
