Overview:
The ITM Support Specialist will play a crucial supporting role, working both onsite and offsite to ensure the optimal performance of our ITMs. The ITM Support Specialist will assist with ITM-specific projects, troubleshooting, and maintenance tasks.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Provide support for the ITM fleet, ensuring optimal performance and uptime
- Assist with ITM-specific projects, including installation, upgrades, and maintenance
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ITM operations, both onsite and offsite
- Collaborate with the ITM Operations Manager to develop and maintain documentation for ITM processes and procedures
- Monitor and manage supporting software and servers
- Assist with vendor management, including coordination with FIS, FiServ, and NCR
- Respond to system outages, including after-hours as needed
- Understand the physical workings of ITMs, including reloading and troubleshooting failures
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in ITM technology and implement best practices
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Associate’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Experience working with vendors
- Experience with FiServ DNA, NCR and/or FIS is preferred
- Experience in ITM operations and related technologies is preferred
- Certifications in IT support or related areas is preferred
- Willingness to respond to after-hours system outages as needed
