About Us:
General Fence is a fast-growing vinyl fence manufacturing company based in Chino, CA. We specialize in high-quality vinyl fencing products, offering fences for residential and commercial projects. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Support & Administrative Assistant to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
Social Media & Customer Interaction
- Respond to customer inquiries on social media platforms.
- Provide accurate product information and assist potential customers online.
- Help drive engagement and maintain a professional brand presence.
Customer Service (On-Site & Online)
- Greet and assist customers visiting our location to view materials.
- Answer product-related questions and provide recommendations.
- Communicate with Spanish-speaking customers to ensure excellent service.
Administrative & Office Support
- Handle daily administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and filing.
- Create and organize various forms, documents, and customer records.
- Assist with invoicing, order processing, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
General Support for Startup Growth
- Help create and improve internal processes and documentation.
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support company growth.
- Be proactive and bring creative ideas to improve efficiency and customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred.
- Experience in customer service, administrative support, or social media interaction is a plus.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Good with computers and able to quickly learn new software.
- Creative mindset to improve workflows and customer engagement.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a startup environment.
- Comfortable using basic computer programs (Microsoft Office, Google Suite).
