Key Responsibilities:
Guest Services & Operations:
- Oversee the front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, guest transportation, Market Place and guest inquiries--ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Address guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally, striving to exceed guest expectations.
- Ensure VIP guests and loyalty program members receive special attention and personalized service.
- Monitor room availability and coordinate with housekeeping to optimize occupancy and room readiness

- Supervise and provide guidance to front desk agents, bell staff, and concierge teams.
- Assist in hiring, training, and coaching front office employees to uphold brand standards.

- Assist in managing front office budgets, including revenue generation and cost control.
- Ensure accurate billing and payment processes, addressing any discrepancies.
- Maintain and review front desk reports, occupancy forecasts, and guest feedback.
- Assist with payroll processing and staff scheduling to maintain efficient operations.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and brand standards.
- Monitor and maintain high levels of cleanliness and organization at the front desk and lobby.
- Stay updated on hotel services, promotions, and local attractions to provide guests with relevant recommendations.
- Previous experience in a front office supervisory or management role at similar sized full-service Hotel or Resort. (150-300 Rooms)
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Must have Valid Driver's Licnence
- Capable and willing to drive the Airport Passenger Shuttle when needed
