Description :

General Linen Service, a family owned and operated business since 1938, is looking for a dynamic individual to join our team! Position requires prior experience as an AR Collections Representative. Additional skills :

Handling inbound and outbound B2B collections calls.
Must have excellent phone etiquette, ability to be precise and in a professional manner.
With strong verbal and written communication skills
Solid negotiation skills with excellent follow through.
Position requires utilizing phone and electronic methods of communication to assist in finding a solution to delinquent account balances.

Requirements :

3 to 5 years of experience in accounts receivable or related field

Knowledge of accounting principles and practices

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation details : 20-30 Hourly Wage
