Key Responsibilities : The Accounting Receivable Clerk ensures fast and accurate posting of customer payments and month end reporting.

Pay : 22-24$ hourly based on experience

Your duties will include :

• Accurately applies payment receipts from lockbox deposits, ACH deposits, and non Accounts Receivable payments.
• Applies and reconciles credit card transactions.
• Processes month end closing and prepares monthly AR aging reports.
• Processes NSF and chargeback information and notifies appropriate credit specialist.
• Manages relationships with ACH customers and completes customer's ACH forms.
• Reports payment discrepancies to appropriate credit specialist.
• Processes warranty credits and write-offs.
• Manages unreconciled payments for the bank at each branch location.
• Reports intercompany payments to brands and applies payments paid to other brands.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
