Base salary range : $105,000-$135,000

Currently General Physician, P.C. is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant to support our Internal Medicine position located within Buffalo General Hospital
The Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant will provide care for approximately 12-15 patients per day for a full-time opportunity. This position will allow to co-manage all patients with Physiatrists who will do the rehab care plans, H&P, team notes, and rehab follow up. The provider will also be expected to diagnose and treat common inpatient medical conditions, order and interpret labs and imaging, form medical treatment plans, daily progress notes, discharge summaries, and admission orders
Requirements :
- 3-5 years of inpatient medicine experience required
- Patient-driven, inquisitive, compassionate, independent and dedicated to improving the health of patients
- Board certified
- DEA certification
- New York State License
