They are currently seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join their team. This role will focus on a large book of Transportation accounts and can work on a hybrid or fully remote basis.
Ideal candidates must have at least 3 years of experience with Commercial Lines insurance products specializing in trucking/transportation lines of business, be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and have an active Ohio Property & Casualty license. Degree and industry designations a plus!
Responsibilities include:
- Daily correspondence with clients and producers
- Policy maintenance; processing endorsements, issuing certificates, binders and invoices
- Renewal quoting, up-selling and cross-selling
- Preparing account reviews and proposals
- Documenting all activities in agency management system (AMS360, ImageRight)
