- Requirements Gathering : Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements.
- Data Analysis : Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform decision-making.
- Process Improvement : Assess current business processes and recommend enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Documentation : Create clear and comprehensive documentation, including business requirements documents (BRD), functional specifications, and process flow diagrams.
- Stakeholder Communication : Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure a shared understanding of requirements and project goals.
- Solution Evaluation : Assist in the evaluation and selection of technology solutions to meet business needs.
- Project Support : Support project management activities, including timeline development, resource allocation, and status reporting.
- Training and Support : Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with the executive leadership team, lead meetings, and engage with a diverse range of individuals, from leadership to shop leads.
- This role will report directly to the CEO, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives and priorities.
- Additionally, this role will partner with the leadership team, providing executive assistance on an as-needed basis to support strategic initiatives and operational efficiency.
- Perform and coordinate administrative tasks to support efficient office operations, including scheduling, record-keeping, and communication management.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE :
