General Plumbing Supply is NJ's largest independent wholesale distributor of plumbing, heating, cooling and industrial products. GPS was founded in 1910 and remains under family ownership and management. GPS operates 24 locations and 14 showrooms across NJ and NY and continues to expand to better serve our customers and employees
What You'll Do
- Fielding and fulfilling support requests via Freshdesk Support Tickets for simple computer, hardware, and network problems.
- Ability to recognize and triage higher level issues to be escalated to the next level of support.
- Remote troubleshooting and diagnosing
- Microsoft Windows 10 and Windows 11 `support
- Microsoft Office product and troubleshooting knowledge
- Printer setup and basic troubleshooting
- Iphone and ipad troubleshooting
- Standard hours will be 8am-5pm, M-F, 1 Saturday/month
Required for Success:
- Windows installation/configuration knowledge
- Network experience (a plus but not required)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 44 per week

- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- IT: 2 years (Preferred)
