The Camp Crew Member is responsible for following up with customers after their purchase of an RV, ensuring the delivery, sales, and finance experience was satisfactory.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone and email – averaging 80-100 outbound calls per day.
- Data entry of responses from customers into CRM system.
- Escalate customer service feedback to management when necessary.
- Collaborate with peers, departments, and management to identify areas of improvement.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Able to utilize active listening skills.
- Maintain a high-level of attention to detail and organization.
- Comfortable providing regular feedback to leadership.
- Ability to learn new technology.
- Experience working in a call center environment is preferred.
