Operations Efficiency Manager
General Shale Brick, Inc. is seeking an experienced Operations Efficiency Manager to lead our manufacturing operations in Fort Valley, GA.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing process improvements and driving operational excellence in a manufacturing environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize process improvements.
