Job Summary :
As a Sales Associate you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers, managing existing accounts, and driving sales for a variety of signage products and solutions. The Sales Associate will work closely with architects, developers, and construction professionals to promote and sell the company’s architectural offering.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement : Identify and engage potential clients, including architects, developers, contractors, and interior designers, to introduce and promote architectural products or services.
- Sales Execution : Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Needs Assessment : Listen to and analyze client requirements, providing guidance on the best sign products based on their goals, budget, and project timeline.
- Product Knowledge : Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s signage offerings, materials, and production processes to effectively communicate features and benefits
- Quoting and Proposals : Prepare accurate and competitive sales quotes, proposals, and contracts
- Order Management : Oversee the sales process from order placement to delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any issues that arise.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the design and production teams to manage client expectations and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Networking : Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build and strengthen professional relationships within the architecture and construction communities.
