The General Tommy Franks Leadership Institute and Museum, located in Hobart, OK is in search of a Leadership Program Manager. The Manager is under the direct supervision of the Executive Director. The Program Manager is primarily responsible for Programming and establishing new initiatives within the Leadership Institute. The Program Manager will assist the Executive Director in the accomplishment of the Strategic Plan and Development/Fundraising Plan.
Job Duties:
· Carry out duties under the direction and knowledge of the Executive Director for leadership programs, business development, and partnership activities.
· Responsible for all program activities including outreach and volunteer coordination, media relations and public relations of special events and fundraising events.
· Serve as a spokesperson and advocate for museum and leadership programming. Establish strong partnerships in the community. Enhance the organization’s public image to expand interest and support, locally, regionally, and nationally.
· Plan and oversee all events and programs under the direction of the Executive Director, including but not limited to Four Star Leadership, Midland Young Leaders Challenge, and Inspired Leadership.
· Assist the Executive Director in developing relationships, plans and advancement of the organization.
· Accomplish all tasks as appropriately assigned and requested by the Executive Director.
Qualifications:
· Minimum Bachelor’s degree and/or the combination below.
· Experience in a leadership position.
· Experience in the nonprofit sector is a plus.
· Proficient in writing and public speaking
· Strong Understanding of customer service skills
· Available to work a varied work schedule including evenings and weekends when required.
Skills:
· Ability to provide strong leadership, vision, and direction.
· Demonstrate knowledge of standards and best practices for a business, museum, and/or nonprofit.
· Ability to manage multiple projects to successful completion on time and on budget.
· Ability to adapt to changing priorities

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $38,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
