What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources Data Entry Clerk position at General Trading Co.?
DESCRIPTION : The HR Data Entry Clerk is responsible for the day-to-day administrative duties in the Human Resources and Warehouse Departments. The duties include, but not limited to, tracking the time and attendance, productivity, and drafting warnings.
FUNCTIONS :
Verify and track employee attendance
Utilize ADP daily for attendance documentation
Utilize time card system (Novatime) to ensure employee punches are correct
Run weekly reports to track attendance
Run daily reports to report OT
Receiving calls and messages of employees calling out or late
Draft warnings as necessary
Assist new hires with on boarding process (ADP); coordinate new hire orientation and all training paperwork
Manage the Vocollect system : process new hires and terms- Grant / Remove accesses for warehouse employees
Weekly data entry : running reports, compiling and entering data
Track employee production and draft warnings as necessary; ensure all warnings are signed and returned timely. Escalate any issues to management when necessary.
Identify reoccurring issues and collaborate with the HR team to resolve
