Primary duties and responsibilities are as follows:
a. Acknowledge and greet the customer offering the customer a positive experience.
b. Assist the customer with their parts needs.
c. Great problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
d. Demonstrate knowledge of products and their applications (give technical advice,
troubleshoot, and help solve customers’ problems with their vehicles).
e. Demonstrate ability to sell product features and benefits.
f. Demonstrate ability to understand customers’ needs—have related sales
knowledge.
Qualifications
1-2 years’ experience in troubleshooting role
Compensation
$21/ hour - $25/ hour. Depends on Experience
