The Colorado Program Director will oversee the relaunch of the GenerateHope Restorative Care Program, embodying our core values and driving our mission forward. This role demands a proactive leader committed to providing trauma-informed care and implementing best practices in the anti-sex trafficking field. Key Responsibilities include:
Program Oversight:
Program Oversight:
- Lead and coordinate GenerateHope program with integrity, compassion, and strong therapeutic skills.
- Continuously assess and evaluate program effectiveness, implementing improvements as needed.
- Ensure adherence to all policies and procedures outlined in the GenerateHope Program Manual.
Operational Management:
- Maintain cohesion and communication between programs and GenerateHope administration.
- Ensure smooth program operations and coordinated client care.
- Oversee clinical, educational, data, and research initiatives.
- Ensure all client progress is tracked in a manner that is timely and confidential.
- Lead the program team in supporting crisis management when incidents arise.
Staff Management:
- Supervise clinical interns, residential staff, and program staff, providing ongoing support and evaluation.
- Address staff needs, maintaining a healthy and positive staff culture.
- Recruit, hire, and train new staff members for vacant positions in collaboration with administration.
- Delegate tasks as appropriate, fostering a culture of growth.
Advocacy and Community Engagement:
- Participate in anti-trafficking councils and alliance meetings.
- Engage with community providers to expand our network of care.
- Build and maintain relationships with community stakeholders and collaborate with others in the anti-trafficking movement.
Professional Development:
- Work with the Director of Programs and Assistant Director of Programs to create an annual professional development plan and budget.
- Identify and promote training opportunities for staff, encouraging ongoing engagement with evolving practices in the field.
- Share external resources and conduct regular training sessions on best practices.
Qualifications:
- Strong clinical background in trauma-informed practices.
- Minimum of three years of management experience, including supervisory responsibilities required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in G-Suite, Microsoft Office, and database/reporting systems.
- Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for serving survivors of sex trafficking.
- Subject matter expertise in the anti-sex trafficking field is preferred; survivor experience is a plus.
Education:
- A master’s in social work or other relevant clinical degree with licensure is required.
