Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Chain Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing our supply chain processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and supporting production planning initiatives. This position requires a strong understanding of logistics, inventory management, and process improvement methodologies. The Supply Chain Analyst will collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operations and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor supply chain performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production planning and inventory management.
- Utilize tools such as Tableau for data visualization and reporting.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance process efficiency.
- Assist in the procurement process by analyzing buying patterns and supplier performance.
- Conduct regular assessments of logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Manage MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems to optimize inventory levels.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management review.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in supply chain analysis or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of logistics, production planning, and inventory management principles.
- Proficiency in SAP and MRP systems is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with process improvement techniques such as Lean and Six Sigma is a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Proficient in data visualization tools like Tableau for reporting purposes.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.

Pay: $81,856.00 - $87,129.00 per year
