- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records.
- Assist with proofreading documents to ensure clarity and correctness.
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls professionally.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings as needed.
- Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of information.
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Maintain Quickbooks accounting system and communicate with accountant
- Manage Social Media for company
- Some creative responsibilities through Canva
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects and improve office efficiency.
Skills
- Proficient in office management practices with strong computer literacy.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong time management skills to meet deadlines consistently.
- Familiarity with data entry processes and attention to detail in all tasks.
- Experience with Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
- Proficient with QuickBooks
- Proficient with Excel and other Microsoft Software
- Ability to type efficiently and accurately.
- Understanding of real estate and construction industry
- Real estate license preferred but not necessary
