LADC Supervisor - Peer Recovery Program (Contracted Role)

Overview:

Generation Hope is seeking a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) Supervisor to oversee our Peer Recovery Specialists (PRSS). This 1099 contracted role will focus on supervising staff, auditing documentation, ensuring compliance, and fostering effective recovery outcomes. Proficiency in the EHR system Procentive is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Supervision and Support:
• Conduct regular individual and group supervision meetings with PRSS.
• Provide constructive feedback on client notes, including DAP documentation.
• Review and ensure staff compliance with Individual Recovery Plans (IRP) and other clinical documentation.
• Monitor staff schedules to guarantee service availability and effective client support.
• Documentation and Quality Control:
• Perform weekly audits of PRSS charts and documentation, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with Minnesota 245G standards.
• Ensure proper tracking and reporting of advocacy, mentoring, recovery support, and administrative responsibilities.
• Manage compliance with HIPAA standards and maintain privacy protocols.
• Training and Compliance:
• Coordinate continuing education and professional development for staff, ensuring licensure and 245G compliance.
• Ensure culturally responsive, trauma-informed care across services.
• Use the Procentive EHR system for tracking documentation, logging hours, and ensuring timely billing submissions.
• Identify and address service delivery issues, providing real-time feedback and coaching to staff.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Active LADC license in Minnesota.
• At least three years of experience in addiction recovery or mental health services.
• Experience with the EHR system Procentive is required.
• One year of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and 245G standards.
  
  

Compensation:

• $28–$34 per hour, based on experience
  
  

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $28.00 - $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week

Experience:
