Position Overview:

We are looking for a forward-thinking Kiosk Manager to lead our innovative mall kiosk concept in Lenox Square Mall. This manager will be willing to stop shoppers in their tracks to interact with our technology and view luxury formalwear rentals. You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a sleek, tech-driven space designed to reimagine the formalwear experience.
From ensuring our inventory looks its best to cultivating relationships that elevate our brand, you’ll be at the heart of a modern retail experience that redefines how shoppers view formalwear.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Have a sense of ownership over the kiosk’s operations, appearance, and performance
- Enthusiastic and approachable demeanor to engage both customers and employees
- Ensure the showroom is well-maintained, clean, and organized for an inviting customer experience
- Monitor sales goals and implement strategies to achieve targets
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers by guiding style selection, and outfit coordination
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally
- Handle online appointments, walk-ins, and local partnership inquiries with accuracy and efficiency
- Find innovative ways to engage with customers and draw them to the kiosk
- Recruit, train, and supervise showroom employees to maintain a high level of service quality
- Create employee schedules and manage staffing levels to meet customer demand
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to employees
- Drive change by championing new initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and guiding employees through transitions with resilience and enthusiasm
Requirements
- 1-2 years of leadership experience in a customer-facing retail or sales environment
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-energy retail environment
- Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead a small team
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using technology, online shopping, email, and basic office software
- Ability to address operational challenges and customer issues quickly and effectively
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Previous experience in retail leadership, fashion retail, or formalwear rental is highly desirable
