Essential Functions as a Renewable Energy Retail Associate:
- Become an expert in renewable and natural energy by networking with top leaders in the industry and attending daily meetings
- Deliver exceptional customer service by educating and guiding potential customers on our renewable energy initiatives
- Work jointly with Senior Sales Executive and Renewable Energy Consultants to identify customer concerns and assist in the development and implementation of client retention strategies
- Exhibit high levels of professionalism and hold team members accountable for upholding the same standards
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers, sales team, management, and retail personnel
- Collaborates productively and respectfully with team members to meet or exceed sales goals and increase customer retainment
- Bachelor's degree in economics, business management, energy systems, sustainability or related fields is a bonus
- Basic knowledge of renewable energy and sales is a plus but not a must
- Experience in leadership, management, sales, or promotions
- Demonstrate sound judgment and decision making abilities
- Established reputation for honest ethical leadership and leading by example
- Successfully achieving and attaining personal/team sales goals
- Expert in public speaking and presenting
- Team player, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to various personalities or learning abilities
- In-depth hands-on training from the nations top Renewable Energy Retail Associates
