Job Description:
Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) are needed for full and part-time positions at Generations at Applewood.
The shifts available are 1st shift (7a-3p) and 2nd shift (3p-11p), with a $2/hour shift differential for 2nd shift workers.
CNAs must work every other weekend, including Saturday and Sunday.
Compensation:
Rates vary based on benefits taken:
- $17 per hour (base rate)
- $19/hour (waive full-time insurance benefit and keep PTO)
- $20/hour (waive part-time PTO)
- $20 per hour (no benefits)

Generations at Applewood is a state-of-the-art rehabilitation and skilled nursing community serving the Chicagoland area. We recently opened a complex care respiratory unit.
Requirements:
To be eligible for this position, applicants must:
- Hold a current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification from the State of Illinois
- Have an up-to-date flu vaccination receipt or valid exemption
- Hold a high school diploma or G.E.D.
- Be CPR certified
- Have knowledge of JCAHO, OBRA, IDPH, and HFS regulations
- Be able to read, write, and speak English
- Display compassion, tolerance, and understanding of older adults
- Demonstrate professionalism and a positive attitude
Salary : $2 - $20
