">- $17 per hour (base rate)
- $19/hour (waive full-time insurance benefit and keep PTO)
- $20/hour (waive part-time PTO)
- $20 per hour (no benefits)
Job Responsibilities
">Certified Nursing Assistants work closely with our team to provide exceptional care to older adults. Shifts are available in 1st and 2nd shifts, with a shift differential for 2nd shift workers. A $2/hour shift differential applies to 2nd shift employees.
">CNAs must be available to work every other weekend, including Saturday and Sunday.
">Requirements
">- Hold a current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification from the State of Illinois
- Have an up-to-date flu vaccination receipt or valid exemption
- Hold a high school diploma or G.E.D.
- Be CPR certified
- Have knowledge of JCAHO, OBRA, IDPH, and HFS regulations
- Be able to read, write, and speak English
- Display compassion, tolerance, and understanding of older adults
- Demonstrate professionalism and a positive attitude
