About Generations Behavioral Health
Generations Behavioral Health is expanding its outpatient behavioral health practice and looking for additional counselors to join our team. Counselors who join our team are provided with opportunities to grow professionally; help shape the quality of care that is provided to our clients and make their lives better.
Currently, Generations is providing services to adults, but our plan is to expand care across the generations and serve all age ranges. If you answer yes to any of these questions, we would love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do
- Make an Impact: Provide individual and group therapy sessions that empower clients to explore their thoughts and feelings. Help them navigate life’s ups and downs with confidence.
- Be a Guide: Support clients on their journey to mental wellness, using evidence-based practices and client centered approaches.
- Create Connections: Build meaningful relationships with clients, fostering a safe and welcoming environment where they can thrive.

What We’re Looking For
- A licensed therapist (LISW, LPCC, or equivalent) who is as passionate about personal growth as they are about professional development.
- A team player who enjoys collaborating and brainstorming innovative treatment approaches.
- Somone who is interested in helping build new therapeutic programs from the ground up.
- Someone who is dedicated to ethical care and ensuring the highest quality care is provided to clients.
- A sense of flexibility and willingness to work through bumps in the road as we grow and provide an expanded number of services.
