Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out processes.
- Manage scheduling, ensuring appointments are efficiently organized and confirmed.
- Verify insurance information and assist patients with understanding their benefits related to care.
- Maintain patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
- Handle office management tasks, including maintaining inventory of supplies and managing phone systems.
- Provide support in administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and responding to patient inquiries.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role within a healthcare office is preferred.
