Your Impact:
As our Receptionist/Data Entry Specialist, you'll be the welcoming face of our practice and a vital part of our administrative team. Your contributions will ensure smooth patient flow and accurate data management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and assist patients with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Efficiently manage multi-line phone calls and provide exceptional customer service.
- Accurately enter and update patient information in our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and billing software.
- Schedule appointments and maintain organized patient records.
- Verify patient demographics and insurance information with precision.
- Scan and organize documents for seamless record-keeping.
- Assist with basic billing related tasks
