The administrative assistant is primarily responsible for creating and maintaining a welcoming environment for those who call and enter the office.

The duties include but are not limited to :

  • Answering phones
  • Filing and organization
  • Customer service and communication
  • Assisting other staff members
  • Compiling and forwarding messages for additional staff
  • Computer access
  • Emailing and follow-up
  • Office cleaning
  • Employee recognition
  • Social media posts
  • On-call

This position requires on-call rotation 1 night / weekly and 1 weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) every 4-5 weeks.

Applicants should have at least 1 year of experience in an administrative / receptionist position and will be asked to provide references for work.

Pay for this position will be between $20-22 / hour depending on experience.

Salary : $20 - $22
