The Sr. Activities (Vitality) Coordinator at Fairfield Village in Layton develops and implements evidence-based, person-centered activity programs designed to address the physical, intellectual, social, and spiritual needs of the residents. Includes planning of special events, group and individual activities, and utilizing community resources as part of the comprehensive Vitalty program for all the residents of the unit. Incorporate Generations' Mission, Vision, and Values into their daily work and interactions with others.

Requirements:
- Conduct resident interviews, complete assessments, and implement care plans to address residents' person-centered recreation needs.
- Complete all required documentation, including resident assessments, care plans, attendance, and progress notes, promptly.
- Must have TRT license or be willing to get one.
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and background checks.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, occasional weekend as needed from 9 am to 5 pm or similar
- 8 hours a day, day shift
