Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Journeyman Electrician/Generator Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical systems, with the ability to read and interpret schematics, troubleshoot issues, and perform installations. This role requires a commitment to safety standards and adherence to the National Electrical Code (NEC). The Journeyman Electrician/Installer will work on various projects, ensuring that all electrical work is completed efficiently and effectively.

Duties:

•         Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.

•         Utilize tools such as ohmmeters and voltmeters to test electrical systems for functionality.

•         Read and interpret electrical schematics to determine the layout of wiring systems.

•         Perform troubleshooting on electrical equipment and systems to identify faults.

•         Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications:

•         Completion of an apprenticeship program or equivalent experience as an Electrician.

•         Proficient in using electrical testing equipment such as ohmmeters and voltmeters.

•         Strong understanding of electrical theory, NEC regulations, and safety practices.

•         Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately.

•         Previous maintenance experience is a plus.

•         Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

•         Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

•         The ability and willingness to learn is a must!

•         Bilingual – English & Spanish required.
