Responsibilities
- Build and maintain weekly schedules with supplied information for field technicians
- Set up Jobs with proper documentation.
- Review daily reports
- Ensure all documentation is updated.
- Manage punch list items and ensure proper close out.
- Strong interpersonal, team-building, communication.
- Experience working with customers
- Ability to negotiate with customers
- Ability to anticipate events and develop adaptive strategies/remedies.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with MS Office products (Project, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Experience with working in work order management and documentation control.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must have working knowledge of a Scheduling Coordinator and how it relates to the overall business and its objectives
- Must promote and maintain a clean, neat, and safe work environment
- Good people skills with the ability to communicate well with others
- Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
