Home Health RN- Hermiston, OR
Location : Hermiston, OR 97838
Project Duration : 3 Month contract
Job Summary :
- Full-Time 13-week opening for experienced RN in Home Health. New, modern facility in rural Northeast Oregon.
- Applicants should have three or more years of nursing experience and the ability to come in and work with minimal direction or supervision.
- Day shift 8 am to 4 : 30 pm Monday thru Friday with weekend rotation (currently shared with 5 clinicians).
- Not to exceed 40 hours a week. (For the week before a scheduled weekend, RN would have Thursday off and work Saturday and Sunday and then have the following Friday off).
- Must have BLS.
- Home Health patients are seen in their home which can include assisted living or adult foster home.
- Home Health experience preferred.
- Must have their own automobile for work.
