This position provides oversight and direction for our short-term rehabilitation unit which includes quality patient care and staff accountability. It runs like a med / surge unit with patient stays to 15 days. This is a key leadership position which is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the unit and must lead by example. The ideal candidate for this role will have the ability to oversee care on the unit and develop team member accountability while embracing the values and mission of HFSL.
Job Qualifications
Current RN license in PA5 years of Nurse Supervisor experience on a Med Surg or Rehab LTC / STR or hospital unit3 years’ experience in a nurse supervisory role with proven leadership abilityWound care experience is highly desirableBenefits
