Position Title : RN Unit Supervisor Shift : Full-Time - Evenings (3p-11p);
all positions - 37.5 hrs.; every other weekend; holiday rotation Job Summary : This position provides oversight and direction for our short-term rehabilitation unit which includes quality patient care and staff accountability. It runs like a med / surge unit with patient stays to 15 days. This is a key leadership position which is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the unit and must lead by example. The ideal candidate for this role will have the ability to oversee care on the unit and develop team member accountability while embracing the values and mission of the facility. Qualifications : Current RN license in the state of PA 5 years of Nurse Supervisor experience on a Med Surg or Rehab LTC / STR or hospital unit. 3 years' experience in a nurse supervisory role with proven leadership ability.
