What are the responsibilities and job description for the Temp-to-Hire Brew Administrator position at Genesee Brewing?
JOB SUMMARY
The Brewing Administrator will be responsible for mirroring the brewing and mix blend processes in BPCS/MAB Proprietary software to ensure accurate tracking of brewery financials, losses, and productivity. This person will also manage labor reporting, overtime tracking, vacation scheduling, and labor scheduling.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accurate and timely reporting of all Brewing and Mix Blend production
- Reporting of all MAB production on their proprietary system and provide support for all MAB production information requests
- Maintain and adjust Liquid Inventory to ensure reported inventory matches physical inventory
- Work with Brewing Supervisors to ensure any excessive product loss is identified, verified, and substantiated
- Generate a weekly report for the Quality group so they can easily track production and provide the necessary support
- Support the Finance Department with production data for End of Month/Year inventory reconciliation
- Approve, verify and correct all brewing employee's time cards in TimeForce software for weekly entry into ADP
- Manage the annual vacation selection process for brewing employees
- Maintain and distribute Weekly Overtime List to assist supervisors in issuing overtime in the correct order per the labor agreement
- Distribute mail and paychecks to brewing employees
- Scan and archive brewing records, DAR's, and any other non-electronic documents
- Stock, maintain, and inventory all office supplies
- Develop Access/Excel based software tools to support the department
EDUCATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access).
- Experience with BPCS and MAB proprietary software preferred.
- Experience with TimeForce and ADP preferred.
