Nursing Supervision Role
We are hiring a Registered Nurse Supervisor to oversee clinical operations and support our nursing team at Genesis Healthcare. Key Accountabilities
- Oversee and direct nursing staff on assigned shifts to ensure efficient and effective care delivery.
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to develop and implement processes for recruiting, mentoring, and evaluating nursing staff.
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare partners and stakeholders to promote collaborative care delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure compliance and quality care.
Education and Experience
- A graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current RN licensure.
- A minimum of three years of full-time or equivalent experience in a supervisory or management role in a healthcare setting.
- BLS/CPR certification and current RN licensure required.
