Genesis Behavior Center, Inc., is an organization that provides educational services for children with Autism and other developmental disabilities for children from 1 to 18 years of age
This position will be based in our office in Turlock, CA. This is a key position on the Employer Relations Team that is responsible for managing multiple Operational functions and processes to support Employer Relations core functions for a behavior company. The applicant will engage in hiring staff, scheduling staff, make quality control calls, ensure company compliance, staff training and other office related job functions. - 20 hour per week, Mon-Friday
- Bilingual preferred but not mandatory
Position requirements:
- High School diploma required.
- Willingness to train and learn the science of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) with a focus on Verbal Behavior (VB).
- Must be able to successfully secure state-mandated criminal background clearance and have a negative TB test & all other immunizations on file.
- Possess a valid CA Drivers License and have dependable transportation.
- Must enjoy teaching skills to children and have a positive attitude/enthusiasm and energetic active teaching. Required education: High School Diploma

- Possess prior experience leading a team of child care professionals
- Strong background and demonstrated success with running high quality preschool & school-age programs
- Experience working collaboratively with others, while creating an enjoyable work environment

- Must be able to lift 50 pounds, sit on floor and run lightly
- This is an immediate opening position
- Must be able to work M-F
