In this Customer Sales Associate role, you'll work directly with customers to deliver value and drive sales growth. You will excel at building relationships, completing sales, and managing contract negotiations for our clients within the local region. Customer Sales Associate Responsibilities:
- Utilize advanced customer service and consultative sales techniques in person to assess client requirements and tailor solutions that drive value
- Gain a deep understanding of company operations, processes, and services to effectively represent the organization during sales interactions
- Provide clear and timely communication to understand client needs and concerns
- Foster and maintain long-term relationships with key clients through proactive outreach initiatives, participation in networking events, and community engagement campaigns
- Develop innovative sales strategies to enhance client engagement and loyalty
Customer Sales Associate Qualities and Expectations:
- Entry-level experience in sales, customer service, retail, communications, or a related field
- Maintain thorough knowledge of client brands, promotional services, and profitability targets to effectively advocate for client needs and achieve desired results
- Act as a subject matter expert to guide clients through campaign processes and promotional initiatives
- Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently with members of the Customer Sales and Client Management teams
- Can be relied upon to complete tasks in a timely manner and maintain standards of quality

Pay: $3,200.00 - $4,200.00 per month
