We are hiring an Entry-Level Manager to introduce, educate, and engage potential buyers with newly available products and services throughout the Omaha market. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in sales and business development, working closely with leadership to build relationships, generate new business, and execute strategic sales campaigns.
Responsibilities of the Entry-Level Manager:
- Proactively seek out potential clients through in-person sales, communication, referrals, and targeted outreach.
- Utilize a consultative approach to understand customer needs and present tailored solutions.
- Conduct informative product demonstrations to drive engagement and conversions.
- Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to finalizing agreements.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and business development goals.
- Collaborate with the executive and account management teams to support revenue growth initiatives.
- Represent our company and clients with professionalism, embodying core values and compliance standards.
Qualifications for the Entry-Level Manager:
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, retail, management, or business development.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales or service goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong interest in professional development and understanding client industries.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
