Job Summary :
The Lambertville Restaurant and Inn , a member of Genesis Hospitality, is seeking for experienced and team-oriented candidates for the Food Runner position. Candidate must be willing to work weekdays, weekends and / or holidays.
Responsibilities :
- Set-up workstation before restaurant opens
- Make sure dishes presentable and with proper garnish
- Maintain plates, doilies and sauces
- Maintain communication with waiting staff and the Kitchen staff
- Make sure that all equipment is clean
- Re-stock workstation
- Always be polite and professional
